Day 1-10: Glow Up Your Mind
The first thing to focus on during this 30-day glow up challenge is your mindset, because it can either set you up for success or failure.
Everything starts in your mind. Your thoughts shape your reality. So, if you want to change your reality, the starting point is making sure you’re in the right headspace for you to succeed.
📌 SHORT ON TIME? PIN IT FOR LATER! 📌

Day 1: Reflect on “What does my dream summer look like?”
If you want to live a great summer, you’ve got to first get clear on what your dream summer looks like. Dig deep and write as many details as you can think of:
- What’s your perfect summer day?
- How are you feeling?
- Who’s making your summer special?
Writing it down gets you one step closer to making it happen.
Day 2: Create a summer vision board
Isn’t there a better time to fresh up your old vision board than now, with the new season upon us?
Carve some time out of your day to create an aesthetic vision board that perfectly sums up the vibes you’re looking for, the experiences you’d like to live, the places you’d love to see, and the things you’re dying to do this summer.
Day 3: Set 3 intentions for your summer
Living without intention is a sure way to waste your summer, but I’m here to tell you how to avoid that 😉 Before the summer starts, set some time aside to reflect on the 3 intentions you’ll swear by this season. Your 3 intentions could be as simple as:
- Embracing spontaneity by saying “yes” more often
- Becoming more mindful by setting the goal of meditating every morning
- Prioritising fun and socialising more
You decide what you want your summer to look like.
Day 4: Start reading a self-help book
Stop saying you don’t have enough time to read when your daily screen time is 3+ hours.

Day 5: Write 5 new affirmations you want to live by
Keep these affirmations as your daily reminders of the kind of person you want to be this summer.
If you want to be more confident, write:
- “I believe in my limitless potential”
- “Today, I choose to love myself instead of doubting my self-worth”
- “I am building the version of myself I hope to become”
Day 6: Unfollow 5+ social media accounts that drain your energy
If it doesn’t make you feel better, then why keep engaging with it? Your Instagram feed should be inspiring, not drag you down into a rabbit hole of self-doubt and negative thinking.
Day 7: Write 3 things you’re grateful for
Take a moment today to look at the abundance of your life. Today, express your gratitude for what you usually take for granted.
There’s always something to be grateful for. You’ve just got to pay attention.
Day 8: Write down 3 things you’re proud of
It’s too easy to get caught up in all the goals you haven’t achieved and the things you haven’t yet done…But, what about what you’ve already accomplished? Celebrate that.
Today, I want you to write down the 3 things you’re most proud of.
Day 9: Ditch late-night scrolling
You know it, I know it – yet we’re both guilty of it!
Here’s the challenge for today: let’s not go to bed scrolling your phone as the last thing you do. Why not replace that toxic habit with a better one, like reading or journaling?
Day 10: Make a summer bucket list
Summer goes by so fast that, more often than not, we live our days but they don’t add up.
Make your summer count by tackling off as many things as you can from your bucket list. Obviously, first you need a bucket list – which is exactly what you’ll do today 😉
Day 11-20: Glow Up Your Body
The second part of this 30-day glow up challenge is taking care of your body. Let’s dive into how you can do that!
Day 11: Stretch or do yoga
Start your day by moving your body with a gentle yoga flow or doing some stretching. It might not seem like much to you, but trust me: you’ll feel better for the whole rest of the day.
Day 12: Wear an outfit that makes you feel confident
There’s not a better way to feel confident in your skin than wearing something that makes you feel like a rockstar. Today is your day – are you ready to shine?
Day 13: Go for a walk outside
Whether it’s a quick walk around your neighbourhood or a 1-hour long hot girl walk, this is the day to make it happen!
You’ll feel so good afterwards, I promise. And, if you need extra motivation, why don’t you walk to your favorite café and grab a nice iced latte?
Day 14: Treat yourself to a little self-care ritual
Taking care of yourself is something you should do daily. Unfortunately, sometimes, due to a lack of time or motivation, it’s easy to fall off the wagon.
Consider today as your ‘extra birthday’ and do something special for yourself, whether that’s doing a face mask, getting your nails done, or buying yourself fresh flowers.
Day 15: Prioritise sleep tonight
When was the last time you had a restful night of sleep? Do everything in your power to craft the perfect evening routine to wind down: light up a candle, drink a chamomile, or grab your favorite book.
Day 16: No makeup day
Let your skin breathe by leaving the house embracing your natural beauty. You’re beautiful just the way you are.
Day 17: Spend 15 minutes in nature
Whether it’s sitting in a park or walking by the beach, connect with the world around you by immersing yourself in nature and appreciating its beauty and calm.
Day 18: Dance to your favorite songs
Who said exercise should be all sweating and no fun? Make sure you dance to your favorite songs before you leave the house today – not only is it a great way to move your body, but you’ll feel much happier too!
Day 19: Spend some time in the sun
Whether it’s at the beach, at the park, or just outside on a terrace, soak in all the vitamin D you can today. Bring your favorite book, organise a picnic, or call a friend and just chill in the sun together.

Day 21-30: Glow Up Your Soul
The final part of this 30-day glow up challenge is an invite to focus on tapping into your spirituality.
Day 20: Meditate or sit quietly for 5-10 minutes
Start your day by meditating for 10 minutes, or take 5 minutes of your lunch break to sit still and just focus on your breath. Tune in to your body. See how it feels. Notice how you feel.
Day 21: Start a “joy list”
What brings you joy? What makes you happy? When do you feel your best? Write down all the situations, places, people, things, and experiences that make life worth living.
Day 22: Create a summer playlist
You know you need a summer playlist…so, what are the songs that will be part of your summer soundtrack?
Day 23: Enjoy a slow morning
Is grabbing your phone the first thing you do? Challenge yourself to start your day screen-free. Spend the first 3 hours without checking your phone, and allow yourself to enjoy a slow morning without the distractions of the outside world.
Day 24: Visualise your dream life
Close your eyes and tap into your future self for 5 minutes by visualising your dream life.
What do you do? Where are you? Who’s with you? How do you feel?
See it clearly. Feel it. Trust that soon it will be your reality.
Day 25: Say ‘yes’ to something spontaneous
Your colleague invites you for a drink after work? Say yes.
You want to take a new route to work? Do it.
Your gut is telling you to make that bold move? Go for it.
Today is your ‘YES’ day! Fear not and simply embrace the spontaneity of life.
Day 26: Write down a personal mantra
What do you need to hear the most right now? Write down a personal mantra to repeat to yourself, either out loud or in your mind, every day or when needed.
Day 27: Try a new creative activity
Is there an activity you’ve been wanting to try out? Today is the perfect day to experiment with that creative pursuit – whether it’s painting, making jewellery, editing videos, or dancing.
Day 28: Compliment 3 people
Raise your vibrations by doing something good in the world. Even a few, kind words can go a long way. So, today, I want you to compliment 3 people in your life. (And hey — who’s saying those kind words cannot also be towards yourself?)
Day 29: Reach out to someone you haven’t heard in a while
Don’t wait for others to make the first move. Have you been thinking of someone? Reach out to them. Ask them how they’re doing. Invite them somewhere. Be the kind of person who cares.
Day 30: Watch the sunrise or sunset and just be present
There are miracles happening everywhere, all the time. The sun rising and then setting every day is just an example of that. Today, give yourself this gift: go watch the sunrise or sunset, and be fully in the present moment.
