5 Steps to Finish the Year Strong in 2025
Step 1: Review your year so far
As you enter the last quarter of 2025, it’s important to look back and take time to reflect on how your year has been so far.
Most certainly, things have changed in the past 9 months. You might even feel like you’re no longer the same person who started the year. (That happens to me all the time)
For this reason, I want you to look at your New Year’s resolutions and, for every single one, ask yourself:
“Does this still reflect the kind of person I want to be and the lifestyle I want to live?”
If the answer is ‘no’, let it go. There’s no reason to hold on to something that no longer serves you.
Now more than ever, it’s important to align with what truly matters. The sooner you’ll let go of what’s not meant for you, the sooner you’ll create more space for what does.
After this review, I want you to circle 3-5 goals that are most meaningful to you.
Now let’s move onto the second step!
Step 2: Commit to one big goal
Once you’ve got clarity on the 3-5 most important goals to you, ask yourself this question:
“What’s the one goal that, if achieved in the next 100 days, would significantly change my life?”
Don’t overthink it – trust your intuition. Choose the goal that you’re feeling naturally drawn to.
That’s the goal you’ll commit to for the next 100 days.
That’s the goal you’ll pursue until the end of the year.
Let me show you how! 😉

Step 3: Start a 100-day challenge
One of the best ways to finish the year strong is by turning your goal into a 100-day challenge.
For example, I’m focusing on growing my online brand – that’s why I started a “100 days to glow up before 2026” series on TikTok.
But you can turn any goal into a challenge!
Here are some ideas for your own 100-day challenge:
- Wake up at 6 AM
- Learn a new language for 1 hour every day
- Read 5 books by the end of the year
- Walk 10,000 steps a day
- Go on weekly – or daily – new adventures
Starting a challenge is a great way to boost consistency – which brings me to my next point…
Step 4: Stay accountable
Let’s be honest: somewhere in the middle of your 100-day challenge, you’ll probably wonder: “Why am I doing this? Is this worthy?”.
Don’t worry – it’s normal!
That tells you that you cannot rely on motivation only.
You must have an accountability system to support you throughout the journey.

There’s no better feeling than tickling things off and seeing all those Xs add up, day after day.
Each X is a proof of your commitment, determination, and consistency.
Step 5: Reflect on the year ahead
Finishing the year strong isn’t just about closing a chapter – it’s also about preparing for the new one to come.
Take the next three months to your advantage by trying as many new things as possible in order to understand what feels good and what doesn’t. Use these last 100 days to experiment with:
- Habits and routines
- New hobbies or activities
- The type of lifestyle you want
This way, by January 1st, you’ll know what feels right and what’s not worth pursuing.
Remember: you don’t need to wait for a new year to have your “fresh start”. Start now, so that when the new year arrives, you’ll already be in motion.

Conclusion
You can’t achieve everything in the last 100 days of the year, but you can certainly achieve something.
Choose wisely. Pick one goal that excites you, then commit to it, and stay consistent.
That’s the secret to finishing the year strong: not trying to do everything, but choosing something meaningful.
I believe in you and your ability to make your dreams – and goals – come true!
